Emotion drives growth, not products.
This deck was produced as a working interview deliverable: a full integrated marketing strategy for a multi-brand French bakery portfolio. The thesis is simple: in a category defined by daily habit and celebration, emotion drives growth, not products.
The strategy defines two distinct emotional roles: La Belle as the everyday ritual and Button Rock as the beautiful moments: built on three pillars: Attention, Trust, and Relationship. Both brands run on a single shared marketing operating system, adapted to their emotional job without fragmenting the portfolio.
The full 11-slide deck is embedded below and can be navigated with the controls or your keyboard arrow keys.
Emotion drives growth, not products. The deck opens with the core argument: that attention, trust, and relationship outperform feature-led marketing in a saturated category.
This behind-the-scenes content demonstrates craft and trust storytelling in practice: the kind of proof-first content that anchors the Trust pillar of the strategy. Showing the hands, the process, and the product in motion builds credibility that promotion-led content cannot.
